Looking for a large ethanol burner box for your entertaining space, restaurant or bar? If you are considering custom fitting a large gel fuel / ethanol fuel fireplace and building your own enclosure out of metal, stone or wood. Our large 304 grade stainless steel bio fuel fireplace burner boxes are the easiest way to complete a custom gel fuel fireplace project, just drop it right into a pre cut space in your enclosure or countertop.
You can even use multiple burner boxes and place them side by side to get a nearly unlimited length fireplace burner.
This burner setup is a two piece system to allow easy mounting and removal of the burner box. A stainless steel mounting box (burner holder) that is slightly bigger than the burner can be mounted in your enclosure first, then the burner box gets dropped into this metal enclosure.
The rough in size required to fit the mounting box (burner holder) is 21.5" x 11.3". Your enclosure must have at least 6" of depth to allow the 4.5" high mounting surround to fit in with a little room on the bottom. You can also forgo the mounting surround box and mount the burner box directly into your enclosure. If you wish to mount the burner box directly into your enclosure then the rough in size is 21.0"x10.75".
Each 304 Grade stainless steel burner also comes with a closing wand to allow you to easily close the sliding internal cover of the box and effectively put out the fire, without touching the burner unit with your hands. The average burn time for 10L (2.6G) of ethanol fuel is between 4 and 5 hours.
